Samui hits 90% occupancy
Saturday, January 31st, 2009Due to the Chinese New Year clelebrations and general tourists arriving on Koh Samui, the number of hotel bookings on the island have increased to 90% according to Mr. Phanu Woramit, head of the Suratthani office of the Tourism Authority of Thailand. This has also led to a positive knock effect to the neighbouring islands of Koh Phangan and Koh Tao.
